You are all working so hard at home, its important that we take some time out to ensure we give our minds a break. Calming our minds and asking our brains to think about other things, or nothing, for a short period of time every day is very important. 
 
On this page you will find a variety of different mindful activities and brain breaks to ensure you are giving yourselves a rest from your busy schedules!
 
 
Mindfulness activities: Colouring and Craft
 
Once a week, spend some time doing a mindfulness activity. These activities should be fun to do! You deserve to have some fun and get creative!
 
 
 
 
Guided Meditations
 
Sometimes if we're finding it a bit hard to concentrate, something in the day just feels a bit too much or we want to get ourselves calm and ready to learn, listening to a story and only focusing on the words we hear can really help. Below you will find some links to some guided meditations for you to access as and when you want, or need to.
