In these crazy, uncertain times when things seem to be changing constantly I hope the activities on this page will help your child/children to keep positive and stay happy. I hope the links and ideas will help and even become tools to help them manage their emotions, understand their thoughts and feel good.

The children have particularly enjoyed the Melting video (below) during our Mindful Moment time after lunch.
 
The Headspace videos I have recommended to some parents already as they have helped my son a lot with settling down to sleep at night. I highly recommend them. If you already have the Headspace app there are some useful calm down meditations on there too. I think there is a small cost each month with the app but the YouTube videos are free.
 
Holly Leaves love to do Cosmic Kids Yoga. On the link I think there is something for each child’s interests whether they like Games like Minecraft or Sonic, Frozen, Moana or story books like The Very Hungry Caterpillar.
 
A glitter jar is something that is easy to make and can help children to settle their feelings as the glitter settles.
